- The inphic brand and the inphic logo (collectively, the "inphic Trademarks") are either trademarks of inphic or registered trademarks used with permission by inphic. Other trademarks, website logos, graphics, logos and domain names that appear on, through or in connection with the Site may be trademarks of third parties. Neither your use of the Site nor this Agreement grants you any right, title or interest, or any license to reproduce or otherwise use the inphic logo or any third-party trademark, Site logo, graphic, logo or domain name. You shall not at any time assist others in challenging inphic's right, title or interest in or validity of the inphic Trademarks.
4. Copyright
- All content and other materials available through the Site, including, but not limited to, the inphic logo, design, text, graphics and other files, and their selection, arrangement and organization, belong to inphic, are owned by inphic's licensors and property suppliers or are owned by inphic. Unless expressly stated, neither your use of the Site nor this Agreement grants you any right, title or interest in any such materials.
