1.30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
- Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
- Support refund requests within 30 days. For products more than 30 days after receipt, the customer’s refund request cannot be processed.
2.How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
- You have up to 30 days to return your order. Return requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.
- For any order, if you choose to reject to sign for the package/order, no fees will be charged. Apart from product repairs and if the received product was damaged, If you want to return a product for any other reason, you will need to pay for the return shipping! (The return shipping fee is charged by the logistics company, you can choose any logistics company as the return channel, this store does not charge any return handling fee)
3.How do I make a return?

4.Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
- The returned merchandise must be the merchandise sold in our store. If it is not sold in our shop or other counterfeit products, no return or refund will be made!
5.Returns Request：
- Items must include original packaging(Please ship all the products in the package);
- For non-quality related return claims, the customer is responsible for shipping costs;
- For quality related return claims, inphic refunds the cost of the product itself;

- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
- Please make sure you don't include non-inphic items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
